MAINTENANCE & SERVICE CONTRACTS
In addition to our reliable services, you also take advantage of our Annual Comfort System Maintenence/Planned Service Contract. When you join, we’ll check your plumbing, heating and cooling systems to make sure that they are working properly. This helps CV customers relax, knowing that their systems are working as they should. Benefits include seasonal check-ups, priority appointments and price discounts on parts and labor.
Regularly scheduled maintenance also helps prevent emergencies. That’s a win-win for everybody!
CV’s Planned Maintenance Plan Includes:
• Complete maintenance procedure as listed below.
• One procedure yearly per piece of equipment.
• 10% discount on repair parts.
• All parts not specifically excluded automatically receive this discount. Contact CV for details.
• Priority Status: Includes 25% off labor and 10% off parts for one full year on covered equipment.
• We will Repair or Upgrade any Electric and Plumbing in your home with 25% off Labor and 10% off materials within the contract period.
• All of the above only during regular business hours, M-F 7:30 am – 2:30 pm.
• Emergency and after-hours billed at the prevailing rate.
